About Judie
An Oregon native, Judie was born and raised in Forest Grove, the home of Pacific University. After 15 years in the high tech industry she left to earn her degree in Speech Communication. She began studying yoga during that period and continues to practice yoga.
Licensed in 1993, as Real Estate Broker, Judie began her career with Hillier Associates, Inc. located in The Lincoln Towers in the Washington Square Area. She later moved her business to Realty Trust Group, Inc. in January 2001. That move was based on her intrigue with the yet undiscovered Pearl District in 1996. She was fascinated with what was happening there and decided that was where she wanted to put her energies. Later, in 2002, she moved her residence to the Pearl District and enjoys the short walk to the office.
Judie has won many awards in her real estate career as a top listing and sales Agent. More importantly, Judie believes in serving the needs of the customer, continuing her education to be fully informed on all issues and keeping her technical knowledge in pace with today's standards. She is very involved in all of her transactions with clients and has built a very successful business from satisfied clients referring her to their friends and families and work associates.
Judie's interests are in relation to helping people in their daily lives with their housing needs and sometimes just counseling them on whether moving, selling or buying is the right thing for them to do with current market trends. Also, important to her is the Community at large and how we grow as community. She has attended many local city planning sessions to be informed about land use issues.
Judie is a Director on the Board of The Jazz Society of Oregon; a non-profit organization that promotes, perpetuates and preserves the only original American art form. She is actively involved in sponsoring The JSO's events and helping children interested in jazz continue their education with the help of scholarships.
Judie has a large family and is involved in caring and helping them on their life's journey. Travel is important to her and annually she makes her journey to Hawaii for that needed respite. Family/friends, home, work, yoga, jazz, travel are key elements of Judie's life passions.
